What happens next

  • 1. I read it personally.
  • 2. I usually reply within two business days.
  • 3. If it makes sense, we schedule a 30-minute conversation.
  • 4. Only after that do I send a proposal.

To speed things up

If you already have a date and format defined, mention it in your first message. It usually saves two or three rounds of email.

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up most before a conversation.

Do you work outside Brazil?
Yes. I’ve worked on events and training in Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, Portugal and countries across Europe. Talks and training in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Do you do talks and training online?
Yes. In-person and online both work well, with different formats and durations. Tell me the context and I’ll suggest the best approach.
Do you run leadership development programs?
Yes, in-person and online. These programs are built for people who need to align strategy, decision-making and execution with their team, not for those who want to learn an isolated methodology. The design depends on your organization’s context, so this is one of the topics that benefits most from a conversation before any proposal.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online talks, from 30 days out. In-person talks, 45 to 60 days, because of travel and scheduling. Corporate training programs, 60 days, since it involves preparation with the team before the first session. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible, it’s worth asking.
What's the investment?
It depends on the format, duration, travel and what the company needs before and after. I prefer to understand the context before discussing figures, because a generic proposal usually solves the wrong problem.
Do the training programs give a certificate?
Flight Levels training programs are official through the Flight Levels Academy and issue certification. Other formats are custom-built and provide a certificate of participation.
