Online, open enrollment

There are two paths. Choose yours.

The difference isn’t the content, it’s the context. In the open class you learn alongside people from different companies. At your company, the training is designed around your real problems.

FOR YOU

Open enrollment class

For professionals who want the official certification and want to learn alongside people from other contexts.

Open enrollment Flight Levels classes run in partnership with Improvee, which handles registration, payment and certificates. I lead the training.

THE TRAINING PROGRAMS

What each one solves

Flight Levels isn’t a methodology meant to replace what you already do. It’s a way of seeing and connecting what already exists.

FLSA

Flight Levels System Architecture

For those who need to connect strategy, coordination and operations in a single system, instead of agile islands that don’t talk to each other.

  • Design the organization’s work system
  • Link strategic decisions to real delivery
  • See dependencies across areas
  • Official Flight Levels Academy certification

FL2D

Flight Level 2 Design

For those whose teams deliver well on their own, but get stuck when work needs to cross more than one team.

  • Coordination between teams
  • End-to-end flow
  • Meetings that produce decisions, not status updates
  • Official Flight Levels Academy certification

FL3D

Flight Level 3 Design

For those who decide what the organization will do and need that decision to reach the people executing it intact, with clear priority.

  • The system’s strategic level
  • Portfolio prioritization and focus
  • From decision to execution, without noise
  • Official Flight Levels Academy certification

FLOW MANAGEMENT

Lean Kanban Method

Before connecting levels, many organizations need to see their own work. I lead Kanban and flow management training for teams and departments living with invisible queues, rework, and deadlines nobody can explain.

A reference in Brazil and worldwide in Lean Kanban and flow management.

  • Visualize the work that’s invisible today
  • Limit what comes in to speed up what goes out
  • Measure lead time and gain predictability
  • Improvement routines that survive the initial enthusiasm

OFFICIAL MATERIALS IN PORTUGUESE

I’m the official translator of these two materials into Portuguese. I only ask for name and email to unlock the download.

Need a program that’s none of these? Leadership development and custom designs also exist, in person or online. See how in-company works.

IN-COMPANY

Training inside your company

Most of my work happens here. It’s not the standard course applied at your office: it’s a program built from what’s stuck in your organization.

01

A 30-minute conversation to understand the context, the team and the real problem.

02

A proposal with format, duration, number of participants and learning objective.

03

Preparation with the leadership, so the training uses your own cases.

04

Delivery and a follow-up plan afterward, so the learning turns into practice.

WHO LEADS IT

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most before deciding.

What's the difference between an open class and in-company?
In the open class you learn alongside professionals from various organizations, which brings a wider repertoire and comparison. In-company covers the same content, but the examples, exercises and boards are your company’s own. If the goal is certifying people, the open class works. If the goal is changing how the team works, in-company delivers more.
Do I need to know Kanban or Scrum beforehand?
It’s not a prerequisite. Some experience with flow-based work helps, but Flight Levels starts from where the organization is, not from a specific method.
Is the certificate official?
FLSA, FL2D and FL3D training programs issue official certification from the Flight Levels Academy. Custom-built programs provide a certificate of participation.
Do you do in-person training?
Yes, both in person and online. For leadership groups, in person tends to work better, because the work in the room depends heavily on conversation between people who don’t normally talk to each other.
How far in advance do I need to book an in-company session?
Sixty days is a comfortable timeline, since it involves preparation with the team before the first session. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible, it’s worth asking.
Do you work outside Brazil?
Yes. I’ve led training in Chile, Mexico, Guatemala, Portugal and countries across Europe, in Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Ready to talk about your context?

If you’re not sure which path makes sense, tell me what’s stuck. I’ll tell you honestly whether training solves it or if the problem is something else.
