He gave his first talk in 1999 and has reinvented himself several times since: he has been a technician, a manager, an entrepreneur, a consultant and a professor. Over more than two decades he has worked with more than 250 companies across Brazil, Latin America and Europe, and trained more than 5,200 professionals.

At some point along the way he stopped trying to fix isolated teams, realising that agile teams inside slow organizations keep delivering slowly. That is what led him to Flight Levels, not as a method to install but as a way to see the whole system: where decisions are born, where work is coordinated and where it actually happens.

A pioneer of Flight Levels in Latin America, he is the first Flight Levels Guide and Coach in Brazil. He is also a reference in the Lean Kanban method in the country, helping companies make work visible, reduce queues and gain predictability in delivery.

An international speaker, author and translator, he is a guest professor in MBA and postgraduate programmes at PUC-PR, PUC-Rio, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and Sistema FIEP. He translated into Portuguese Rethinking Agile by Klaus Leopold, creator of Flight Levels, as well as Essential Kanban Condensed and The Official Guide to the Kanban Method.

In 2017 he created the Mundo Compartilhado channel, dedicated to sharing knowledge for free, and he is a co-founder of the Flight Club Global community.

He currently serves as Head of Partnerships Americas at Businessmap, leading partnership expansion across Latin America, and as Board Advisor at LeanWork Group.
