SPEAKER, KEYNOTE AND MASTER OF CEREMONIES
A talk the audience uses on Monday
Strategy, flow and leadership explained through what actually happens inside companies. No loose theory, no ready-made recipe: the content is built from your briefing and the moment your event is in.
How I can take part in your event
Each format has a different goal. The choice starts with the result you want by the end of the day.
Opening or closing keynote
A strong central message to set the tone for the event or close it with a thought that stays. Suited for large audiences and mixed crowds.
Corporate talk
Content applied to your company’s context, with real examples and room for questions. In person or online, for leaders and teams.
Master of ceremonies
Running the agenda, connecting the segments, managing time and reading the room. The event gains rhythm and stays coherent from start to finish.
Panel moderation
Leading a discussion with guests, with questions prepared from the event goals and the audience profile.
Executive workshop
A hands-on format for smaller groups, when the company wants to leave the event with decisions and a plan, not just inspiration.
Internal talk for distributed teams
A remote session broadcast from my own studio, with audio and video quality, for teams across different cities or countries.
KEYNOTES AND TALKS
What I talk about
I talk about how organizations turn strategy into results, coordinating people, decisions and work across different levels. And also about the human side of that transformation: leadership, learning, change and opportunity.
Territory 01
Strategy that reaches execution
How to turn strategic goals into decisions, priorities and coordinated work, closing the gap between what the organization plans and what it actually delivers.
Territory 02
Operating structure and cross-team coordination
How to visualize real work, cross silos, coordinate different areas, manage dependencies and improve handoffs between people and teams.
Territory 03
Flow, predictability and results
How to reduce overload, rework, multitasking and lead time, using flow metrics and historical data to make decisions and build predictability.
Territory 04
Business Agility beyond agile teams
Business agility is not born from multiplying methods or ceremonies. It emerges when the whole organization can sense change, decide, coordinate and deliver results.
People, leadership and transformation
Beyond work systems, my talks explore what happens to people amid change, inside companies and in their own careers.
Territory 05
Leadership, people and team evolution
How to lead in changing environments, work across generations, build maturity, strengthen collaboration and understand the behaviors that drive or block transformation.
Territory 06
The power of opportunity
A talk about career, feedback, listening and growth. How to recognize the right wind, learn from discomfort and turn criticism and experience into momentum.
The final theme and depth of the talk are defined by the event goal, the audience profile and what needs to change after the talk.

Questions from organizers
Do you travel to other cities and countries?
Yes. I have already spoken in Brazil, across Latin America and in Europe, at in-person and online events.
What languages do you present in?
Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Is the talk the same for every event?
No. The theme and angle come from the briefing and from what happens on the day. The backbone stays the same, but the examples and depth change according to the audience.
Does the audience receive any material afterward?
It depends on the event and the format contracted. When it makes sense, we agree on support materials in the proposal.
How far in advance should I book you?
The sooner, the better for scheduling and preparation. Send the briefing as soon as you have an expected date, even if it is not yet confirmed.
Can I record and use the content afterward?
Recording and image use are agreed on in the proposal, before the event.
Your event deserves more than a nice talk
If the audience leaves inspired and nothing changes on Monday, the investment was wasted. Let’s agree on what needs to happen after the talk.
