How I can take part in your event

Each format has a different goal. The choice starts with the result you want by the end of the day.

45 to 60 min

Opening or closing keynote

A strong central message to set the tone for the event or close it with a thought that stays. Suited for large audiences and mixed crowds.

60 to 90 min

Corporate talk

Content applied to your company’s context, with real examples and room for questions. In person or online, for leaders and teams.

Whole event

Master of ceremonies

Running the agenda, connecting the segments, managing time and reading the room. The event gains rhythm and stays coherent from start to finish.

30 to 60 min

Panel moderation

Leading a discussion with guests, with questions prepared from the event goals and the audience profile.

2 to 4 hours

Executive workshop

A hands-on format for smaller groups, when the company wants to leave the event with decisions and a plan, not just inspiration.

Online / In-person

Internal talk for distributed teams

A remote session broadcast from my own studio, with audio and video quality, for teams across different cities or countries.

Business Agility beyond agile teams

Business agility is not born from multiplying methods or ceremonies. It emerges when the whole organization can sense change, decide, coordinate and deliver results.

05

Territory 05

Questions from organizers

Do you travel to other cities and countries?

Yes. I have already spoken in Brazil, across Latin America and in Europe, at in-person and online events.

What languages do you present in?

Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Is the talk the same for every event?

No. The theme and angle come from the briefing and from what happens on the day. The backbone stays the same, but the examples and depth change according to the audience.

Does the audience receive any material afterward?

It depends on the event and the format contracted. When it makes sense, we agree on support materials in the proposal.

How far in advance should I book you?

The sooner, the better for scheduling and preparation. Send the briefing as soon as you have an expected date, even if it is not yet confirmed.

Can I record and use the content afterward?

Recording and image use are agreed on in the proposal, before the event.

Your event deserves more than a nice talk

If the audience leaves inspired and nothing changes on Monday, the investment was wasted. Let’s agree on what needs to happen after the talk.
